History

If the town was previously only an obscure fishing village, so from the 1960 it gradually became the center of recreation and entertainment; here started to develop the first hotels in Benedorm. The first vacationers were seen here at the end of the 19^th century. They were Spaniards, and people from the mainly nearby units of the town.
